Welcome to Berwick Flames Basketball Club!
Registrations for Winter Season are now open and will close on Sunday 8 March 2026.
To secure your child(s) spot in a team, you must complete registration - including paying your deposit, through MAJESTRI first and then register your child through PlayHQ. Majestri will direct you to PlayHQ once you have registered correctly.
If you do not register through Majestri and PlayHQ your registration is not complete.
The Winter Season will begin on 18 April 2026 to 19 September 2026, including finals.

Terms and conditions

  • HOUSE RULES:
    - Please remember you are representing your team - our club, BE RESPECTFUL
    - It is Domestic Basketball not the NBA, kids are here to learn while having FUN..
    - Respect referees and officials at all times, they are human, sometimes mistakes are made
    (Casey Basketball Association have introduced a ZERO Tolerance for bad behaviour to all
    referees, which comes with a 1 week suspension for offenders)
    - All Coaches and Team Managers are volunteers (If you think you can do better, please
    volunteer) Any form of disrespect will not be tolerated.
    - All Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Managers must have or obtain a current WWC
    License. If you don’t have one please apply for one online ASAP
    - No Player, Coach, Ass Coach or Team Manager can take the court unless they are
    registered on PlayHQ and paid the $50.00 deposit
    - All players are part of a team - 100% commitment is essential at both training sessions and
    on game day
    - Siblings MUST be kept OFF the courts and surrounding areas at all times
    (This means at game day and at training)
    - ALL PARENTS ARE TO HAVE THEIR TURN AT SCORING
    - Parents are NOT to interfere with the coach while coaching during a game
    - Parents are NOT to approach the scorer’s bench during a game at anytime
    - All Coaches and Team Managers must communicate with Kevin or Sue at all times
    regarding fill-ins and forfeits due to lack of numbers (Forfeits cost the club money - we like to avoid this if possible)


    COMPLAINTS PROCESS:
    - Any concerns or issues regarding your child or team please contact your Team Manager
    - Any concerns with your teams Coach or Team Manager please contact Kevin or Sue

    PAYMENTS:
    Full payment of fees by Week 5 unless on a payment plan. Payment plans to be paid in full by Week 10. If not paid in full, players' registration will be suspended.


    We are all volunteers trying our best to run this club as successfully as possible. Sometimes
    mistakes might get made. But we will always endeavour to work things out as quickly and efficiently as possible.. so everybody is happy..
